I saw him in Otakon 2008 along with "Bawlsman", this guy amazingly is able to carry a huge SNES controller while walking.

About "Bawlsman", that was actually his friend and was at Otakon 2009, with another cosplay costume.

that's his shikai. his bankai would be him with a giant wiimote on his back while riding with the wiifit plus lol.
